Can not send Mails for an receipt to customers.

I want to send receipt for customers but it is not possible.. Do ypu know what I have to do ??

HI, I can not send receipts for customers, when they buy something...

It always appears a message:

access denied

The requested operation can not be performed because of security restrictions. Please contact the system administrator.

(Document Type: Notifications, Task create)
