Hello, it is possible to have multiple parents for one BoM? In other words, is there some way how to use the same "SubBoM" in different BoMs?

Thanks Petr

Just create a product which is manufactured using a BoM, and make that product part of whatever other products (BoM's) you need it for.

Example:

Make a product called 'fries' which is made of sliced potatoes, oil and salt.

Make other products:

  • 'burger meal' made of meat, bun and fries.
  • 'steak meal' made of steak and fries.
  • 'chicken meal' made of chicken and fries.

Don't eat too many fries - they are bad for you!

Thanks for reply. Now I know why the tree wasn't visible in "Product BoM Structure". We had Supply Method set to "Buy" ... too easy to find it.
