I have this error after authentication on my database, blank page with openerp background only
( using console in chrome ): GET http://localhost:8069/web/static/lib/datejs/globalization/123321.js 404 (NOT FOUND)
HTTP/1.0 404 NOT FOUND

Try deleting all existing addons source files and copy-paste from a working odoo server. Then restart server. Worked for me.
