We would like to handle support process for clients in Odoo 8. The monthly effort should be charged to the clients.
We use the project tool for organizing larger projects that have a defined start and end date. Support contracts are typically unlimited and support effort will change from month to month.
We are interested to see best practice examples for this problem.
Where do you define support requests?
Where do you document effort related to the request?
How do you collect them for monthy invoice?
