Hello everyone

I’m facing a problem printing tickets from Odoo TPV. All orders are printing fine, except that there is a big unnecessary paper expense. At the top of the ticket appears the following line: TPV de Odoo http:\\localhost:8069…

Then appears the sale info, followed by a big blank space.

Anyone know how to solve this problem? It’s a config problem?

I just forgot to add, I'm not using the posbox, I'm just using a EPSON T88V printer. Any help, thanks in advanced.

Hello everyone

the solution for this problem was to change to another internet explorer, because it was caused for Firefox.

That was all, just change to Opera or Chrome
