Hey,

i createt a product with this paramerters:

  • Stockable Product
  • Make to Stock
  • Supply Method Buy
  • Manufacturing Lead Time 1 Day
  • added a supplier

in addition to this, i have a orderpoint created:

  • Minimum Quanty: 1000
  • Maximum Quanty: 10000

When i run the scheduler manualy, the system don't generate any procurements for the product.

Why is that so?

not 100% sure but, can it be you need to define a minimum quantity that is allowed to have on stock (can't recall how that is called right now, something like 'minimum stock rule' or so) to enable a purchase order to be initiated automatically?

Do you have at least one supplied in your product management that satisfies the conditions that you gave in the minimum orderpoint?

Check under the procurement tab of your product.

[EDIT]

- Make sure when running the scheduler manually that you also check the orderpoint checkbox!

Have you created a sale order or a manufactoring order with this product?

The parameter is "Buy" according to the topic starter. This would imply that he wants purchase orders, not manufactoring.

Yes, but he has to create a need for this product so that a purchase order can be created, and this need can be a sale order or a manufactoring order where this product exists in the bill of material of another product.
