I need to set the legal leaves allocation to be automatic to every employee in such a way that an employee will automatically apply for leave without necessarily requesting the number of days to be allocated.How can i go about it guys need some clue on this

Hi Dishon,
currently in odoo there is a functionality of allocation but it is limited to single users but by adding minor customization you can either do it based on whole dept or each employee by adding one to many field. and you can schedule a cron job yearly or quarterly as per your need which will automatically fire and assign new leaves.
so employee can add their leave without any hesitation.

use accrual setting for automatic leave allocation based on the configuration in hr leave allocation (under managers menu)
it will help you !
