Hello,

Trying to send an email from Contact Us form upon New opportunity creation just for one user.

Here is what i have:

Main form

Automated action : Send email

Related document model: Lead/Opportunity

Conditions tab

When to run: On Creation

Filter: (empty)

Action tab

Server action to run: Send email

Action sends the email but now each time a new opportunity is created in Sales it sends an  e-mail.

If i set the Conditions tab/ Filter like this [[u'user_id', u'=', u'some user name']] only that user can create new opportunities.

I want all the users to be able to create opportunities, and to get notified via e-mail when a specific user has created one.

Any Idea how to solve this would be welcome.
