Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:
CRM | e-Commerce | Accounting | Inventory | PoS | Project management | MRP | etc.
I installed asterisk_click2dial and asterisk_click2dial_crm in my OpenERP 7.0. And set all configurations for company and users section. But whenever I click on dial button in form, Error dialog opened and show "... error: Connection refused".
How can I solve this problem?
Did you check that the OpenERP server can access to the Asterisk Manager Interface ? If you update to the latest version of the OpenERP-Asterisk connector for v7 (lp:openerp-asterisk-connector/7.0), you will notice a new button "Test Connection to Asterisk" on the form view of the Asterisk Server. That will probably be usefull for your tests.
