We are just discovering the live chat functionality available in latest OpenERP. Currently we are using Campfire for Support Chat Rooms with customers. The Chats is going to be logged in the particular chatroom.
Is there a shared chat/conference room available in OpenERP? Or are all the Chats one to one?
It would be great to have a chatroom per Customer or Customer Project where communication could happen and the chat log is save like other conversations with customers. This could be useful especially for Service companies.
