I'm looking for an application to run on Motorola MC9090 barcode scanners, which cooperate with OpenERP v7.

Not sure about this specific one. But most bar code scanners, just output the code to the field you are focused in, like you have just typed it into the screen on your keyboard.

Are you saying it's not working?

What do you want the scanner to do ? You can't just browse to your url and use ERP from a handheld device due to browser issues. The way forward is to have some software written that has a nice small graphical interface that can be used from the tiny screen. This software can then talk to ERP via an API and do want you need. Is your Motorola running windows CE ? maybe go for a .NET software developer. API post: https://accounts.openerp.com/forum/Help-1/question/30304/ We are looking at something to help 'put-away' from our goods in.

1 print product barcode label / stickers for all items in stock location 'goods in'

2 apply stickers to stock items

3 use handhelp Motorola scanner and start 'put away' software

4 scan product barcode label - scan new bin location label

product is removed from 'goods in' location and updated to new bin location
