Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:

I'm using Odoo 9.0 hosted on Amazon Web Service (AWS).
I had a bug with the webshop a few days ago (the app disappeared after having changed some settings in the sales configuration). I rebooted my instance on AWS and know, when I'm logging in, I directly arrived on my webshop (all my products are still there) but when I try to go on the Odoo console to work on an other app (sales, point of sales,...), I get directed to the Odoo console but nothing appear excepted my logo and the black menu (without any sub-menus).
So I don't that everything is still "somewhere" but I'm not able to work on my products or to open a point of sale for example...
How can I fix this problem ?
If there is no way of making my Odoo work properly again, is it a was to save the max of my datas through my terminal ?
If well, how can I do ?
