Hello Pascal,

The public user should never be granted access to the live support group.

To activate the pop-up, simply go to Messaging> Live chat > Channels. Open the Channel you have defined and click on "Join Channel".

As soon as one of your internal users has joined a channel, the pop-up becomes activate for your online visitors.

I'm confused by the other answer here. Why not allow public users to the live support? website visitors don't create accounts, they are all public users. So does this work or not?
