aeroo reports on V9 error configuring to aeroo DOCs

We are using Odoo 9 community at present which is running on a ubuntu 14.04 server.

I am in the process of getting aeroo reports running on Odoo community V9.

I have currently installed the scripts provided by yenthe666 at github and also installed his ported report_aeroo module into odoo. The addon has been installed however when i configure to work with aeroo docs, i get the success message, however when i click finish something doesn't work and i am sent to the odoo.com log in page asking me to log in to install applications.

I also get a traceback error when i try and install the Aeroo reports - direct printing to printing module.

What could be the cause of this?

Many Thanks

Did you still get errors ? You have to change xml's file where you get error. In you example, it's "/report_aeroo_direct_print/installer.xml".

The problem is inherit modification, for example <separator string="title" position="replace"> : you can't use string identification, you should always use name.

Now you have to adapt the script to work: to help you, check "/addons/account/views/account_view.xml" and the record "view_wizard_multi_chart".

Hello Liam,

Can you post an extract of your log when you get that error ?
