admin created a new user how can the admin give the access rights sales to the user

Can you explain, what are steps you did for that?

admin create a user and in access right,checked the employee and sales box but the user select the product in sales order shows that error error

What was the error? if user has sales own leads, he can place a sale order

Give the user, User right to product if you have not done that already. This error is due to the fact that you have not given the user created access rights to product in the User configuration, thus the user will not be able to access anywhere the product will be displayed eg MRP product, Order line products, delivery order products, anywhere product is mentioned really.

GIve The user Access Right to Product and also go to Access rights > Application > Sales. There will Be 3 options in The Selection Field. Try Any one of the options And have a look
