Dear All,

We recently purchased the POSBox and are currently trying to add our existing printer. It came with Tysso POS and its model is PRP-950. As per the instructions on the manual, I have added the printer but it does not work. Is there any other way to add this printer?

I also couldn't see "Unsupported Printers" which is mentioned in the documentation that comes with the POSBox.

I would really appreciate some support on this, is anybody else experiencing the same problem? In my syslog I see the following:
