I would like to know if it is possible to add a button on top of a tree view?

I know that this part of the page isn't related with any view. Do I have to use JS to proceed this?

This shows my page right now and where my button should be:

I already saw these kind of questions but didn't find any helpful answers.

I think that I will have to proceed like this. Do you know how to activate this "more" menu?

By selecting (Checkbox in first column) any record from tree view you can view 'More' menu.
