Action: Set Issue id to Customer id when creating a new issue by mail

How would I map a newely created issue coming from an email (support@domain.de) (which openERP fetches) to a customer which already is present in the Partners table?

The helpdesk module understands that theres an email with that customer already so it'll say right that on the issue itself (<name> to Administrator), but not inside the History tab of the customer. (The tab is empty, no issue created by/for this Partner)

This must be some kind of server action (I'm guessing a piece of Python code which will get executed when a new Issue is created ?), right?
