The account_chart module will be available for version 9? , because in the beta branch it's no present

What do you need it for?
It was a TINY module, and it just deactivated the 'Minimal' Chart of Accounts (6 database records), and without looking I'm guessing Odoo just re-implemented that somewhere else or eliminated the need for it.
