OpenERP Users can switch their company in multi-company environment. and their name is concatenated with their parent in name_get method of res_partner. So when user switches the company, its parent remains same and this shows partner operation read message for users other than the admin, because user's parent belongs to other company now. What alternate solution could be of this permission issue.
