Hey guys.

Here is the thing, i am using odoo v8 and i just enabled portal functionality so that my customers can log in and monitor their projects, make claims and view messages. Problem with this is that everytime i try to log in as a customer(which is a user with only portal access) i get the error:

Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Claim, Operation: create

- I have tired giving the portal users all the relevant access rights but none of this seems to help as this error persists. 

I would be greatful if anyone has any idea on how to fix this issue, its giving me a headache.
