Acces denied issue in General Sessings

I have an issue with my openERP installation. When I try to go to "General Settings", i take this warning:

Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Partner, Operation: read)

How can I resolve this problem?

Hello Mephysto,

The user who is logged in has a access right to 'portal' , Remove the portal access rights from that user.
