[9.0] Where did the rest of the Settings menu go? The Technical menu is missing and the Technical Settings group is also missing.

When I visit the Settings menu, I don't see the Technical sub menu.

I also no longer see the Technical Settings checkbox on my user, which is what I would normally do to show this menu.

What happened?

You now have to activate Developer Mode to get access to the Technical sub menu within Settings, where all of the familiar administrative management menus are.

First, click the arrow next to the question mark inside the circle (this is found on the right hand side of the screen within the purple bar {Enterprise} or black bar {Community}), and select About.

Next, click Activate Developer Mode.

Now the Technical Menu will show either at the bottom of the Settings menu {Community} or as a separate menu {Enterprise}.
