I have erroneously deleted the default price list. How can I restore it?

Did you make any changes to the default price list? If not, try updating the module. If you had already changed it, best restore a backup.
Murphy's Law: Of course I have changed it before :-) And yes, I have a backup, but 5 hours of hard work are lost....

I hope you do have backup of the data. If you do, use that.
