How can you alter the columns/fields that are visible in Partner - List View?  For example, say I want to see all their postcodes/zipcodes to sort by postcode/zipcode, however the field (res.partner - zip) is not visible by default in list view.

There is another question directly related to the above:  can you alter the column widths in list view so that data can be viewed more easily?  For example, the phone number column is too narrow, so the numbers run onto a second line; but other columns are wider than necessary. If it could be changed like QuickBooks or Microsoft Excel, where you can show or hide columns/fields and drag them to change the width, that would be excellent.
