We can create any number of Tags in CRM lead, but we can use only 1-11 Color Index in Odoo, if you use Color Index greater than 11 then it will not display on Lead Board.

Thanks for the reference.
I have created the tag with Color Index greater than 11, that tag was there in Odoo Database but not rendered on Lead Page, so my conclusion was we can't use Color Index greater than 11.
