Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

It is not Odoo related but there are some easy solutions. You need a static IP in order to be accessible from internet. Domain has to point to server, not serve to domain.
1. Set dns records on domain server(for example godaddy.com) to point to the server where you keep Odoo (note that you won't be able to point directly to the particular port, like 192.168.777.1:8069)
2. On your server set up a Nginx/Apache or other of your choice (Apache should be there by default if it is an Linux server). As Odoo is a web application that works on a particular port you will have to set a reverse proxy,
There are some tutorials online for that(it is just a couple of clicks away):
- http://www.cier.tech/blog/blog-1/post/configuring-apache-for-odoo-4 (For setting Apache for Odoo)
- https://www.odoo.com/documentation/11.0/setup/deploy.html (please see the "Configuration Sample")
- https://linuxize.com/post/configure-odoo-with-nginx-as-a-reverse-proxy/ (here is one for nginx)
Enjoy
This is not an Odoo related question. Please make yourself familiar with proxy servers, such as Apache, nginx etc. I do recommend Caddy webserver, as it is easy to use and offers inbuilt SSL services.
