I am looking for switching our hosting to another provider. There is a lot of docs about hosting Odoo, calculation is allways done against concurrent users of apps. But I can found nothing about web pages and eCommerce hosting.

My girlfriend runs a small company selling wooden toys on internet. We use Odoo 10 CE, with eCommerce module and related ones (inventory, sales, purchase, chat, etc.). We do everything with Odoo.
Curently it run on a 4 core Xeon CPU with 8 GB of Ram, Nginx as a web server with cache, and 5 workers in Odoo. The workload is low, between 0.8 to 1.2, Ram above 2 GB is rarely used (except for buffer/cache).
There is mostly one user, sometimes two.
Our website has typically 200 to 1000 real visitors per day. It's B2C eCommerce.
We need short time web answer on products pages for our customers and SEO. The faster the website, the better for us.

Our current hardware is too big. What would be good hardware requirements for this setup ?
Should I host postgresql on a separate server ? which size ?
