'Company' field is missing in product form for individual users. It is available only for admin user not for the generic user. so does the admin always need to assign the product to a company? Is that the only way restrict the data among each company?
Note: Record rule is set correct

You can assign rights to choose company from product view by adding user to base.group_multi_company.
steps : Go to setting --> groups --> Extra rights/multi company
after Adding user to this group, user will get permission to to select company from product view.
