Production Order with tracking Issue (Odoo 9)

Question

I'm having some issues with the MRP in Odoo 9 I've created correctly the BoM for a product as well the work center and the routing.
Both the final product as the raw materials are tracked by Lots.
When I create a manufacturing order, it  doesn't let me consume the raw materials (selecting the correct lots) if I don't click on Produce button.
it appears the error:
Because the product ********** requires it, you must assign a serial number to your raw material ########## to proceed further in your

But the raw material is configured with tracking by lots.  Even if I select all the Lots of the raw materials it doesn't let me consume them. Only if i hit the produce button.

My guessing is Raw Material product doesn't mapped with any serial number
From lot/serial number menu you can create it
