Hi wonderful guys!!! Will odoo updates the cost of goods sold price itself with new price from Vendor Bill of any product ?? What happens if we change the price of a product on new stock? Inventory is not needed here. Just accounting module.

No. The Accounting App by itself will not update any information on Products, you need to do that manually.
You need the Inventory App to have Odoo calculate and update the product cost price automatically and to calculate and record COGS on Customer Invoices automatically.
