Please help me out that how could we print the chat trail or conversations over any documents or forms like RFQ, P.O. or Sale Order

The all chats are stored in the model mail.message . Open pgadmin and look the table mail_message and you can see the contents in the 'body' column
Is it possible to make it printable with the related PO or RFD or any other document.

Save the trees, using tools like Odoo makes this unnecessary :-)
