Hello, I am fairly new to Odoo and have been encountering every stumbling block imaginable on my Odoo journey. Today's fun is that my company prints cd's for consumers that have several different options with costs associated with them. Some of these fees are per 100 discs, and some of them are one time fees based on whether the customer is a new customer, or reordering the exact same disc, or making a small correction to an existing proof. I am struggling with how to create the best user experience when trying to set this up. I have tried using variants but that does not take care of the one time fees as it will apply all fees based on the customers choice per every 100 discs they order. I can create the fees as seperate "Products" but then sales reps will have to remember each and every fee to add to a quotation or sale order. I could use a quotation template, list all of the fees, and have sales reps remove them, but they may miss them or forget to remove them. Has anyone else had a similar debacle and if so how did you resolve it? I am fully open to any suggestions. Thank you for taking time to read this.
