Wonder if you can help please.

When you are in the web quote preview, and try to print/export the PDF of the web quote, it uses the standard quote template (not the web quote) to generate the PDF so you lose all of the rich content i do get the company logo but none of the contents that i added when editing the template just prices etc...

MY QUESTION: Is there a setting to change this so that you can generate a PDF of the actual web quote content same as that it looks on the preview ?

Do you know the name of the files i should be looking at please or the best way to find the files that are being used for the preview and quote report.

Hi Mark: The Preview and the PDF Quotations have 2 different QWeb views associated with them. You will need to experiment with the underlying views to see if there is a way to make the PDF report use the portal view. However, you may not like the output since it will look like a printed HTML page.
