I am facing the following problem:
I create a shift in the planning app for a certain ressource (employee) and entern amount of hours for this shift, e.g. 8 hours over one week
The employee has a working plan of 40 h/w, so the 8 hours are shown as 20%
Now the employee take one day of during this week.
In this case the relative value remains 20% and the absolute hours of this shift are reduced to 6:24 (=20% of 32 hours).
My question now:
- Is there a way to let the absolute hours unaffected by time-offs?
