I have multible saleteams and I don't want them to see pipeline for the others, how can I prevent that.
I also want that some pipelines can being hide on the dashboard

Hello,
It's an out-of-the-box configuration. Basically you have groups in sales application, to manage, Own Leads or All Leads.
If you wish a salesman sees it's own list/pipes then you can assign that user a rule Manage Own leads and it can see only
Pipelines on which he is assigned(or those pipelines on which nobody assigned).
