When you have the phone number of a client in a ticket, next to it you have an icon to directly send a phone message to the client.
The fact is that I don't want to use that and want to make sure that nobody will use it. How can I erase that little icon?

Hi,
You are talking about help desk tickets, Yes you can do that by removing widget="phone" from phone field by overriding the helpdesk.helpdesk_ticket_view_form view.
Note: Send SMS service in Odoo need to buy a credit so if you don't have any credit, you will not be able to send SMS.
