hi, when i open a record in contacts, this records open in edit view, but i want that open in read view and the user have to click for edit.

Please check for 'form_view_initial_mode' in context of action.
{'form_view_initial_mode': 'edit'}If you don't want to open it in edit mode, you can remove it.

For above problem you have to write record rule or you can use cutom module for make readonly particular views.
