Hello there,
We us an rj-11 (rj11) connector to connect our cashbox to the POS unit (the POS unit has a cashbox in type socket)
Can I please ask if anyone has experience in sending a signal for the cashbox to open?

Hello
The esc pos command is send directly with the ticket to the printer.
So if you don't have the IoT Box or ePos (epson cloud printer) you cannot send esc pos command to your cashdrawer.
In fact you cannot send signal from your browser in javascript directly to your harware for security reason.
