In Odoo 8 Calendar View and Gantt View how to show one2many fields start date and end date.

For example, Employee (hr.employee) Screen i would like to add Calendar and Gantt view data shows from custom one2many fields (hr.employee.training) table contains start date and end date. Each Employee have no of training start and end date all the details i would to show in hr.employee screen calendar and gantt view.
