Hi,
Since Odoo 18, when I select multiple invoices to "Print and Send," I can no longer choose the email template to use.
Do you know how to recover this feature or if there is an alternative to do it?

Hi,
In Odoo 18, the “Print & Send” flow was changed and the option to manually select an email template when sending multiple invoices was removed.
The system now automatically uses the default template defined on the invoice report/mail action.
This behaviour is standard in Odoo 18 and not a bug; the template selection dialog was intentionally simplified.
There is currently no built-in way to choose a different template during batch sending.
To regain this feature, you would need a small customization that:
adds a wizard step to let the user pick a template, and
uses that template instead of the default when sending bulk emails.
Another option is to change the default template directly in Technical → Email Templates → Send & Print Invoice template.
But for multiple templates depending on customer, language, or company, a custom wizard is the only real solution.
