How can I recall properly a specific serial number and deliver another one?
Here is my case. I made a SO and delivered the products to the customer. It appeared that one of the products delivered is broken. We will get it back and deliver a new one.
My concern is twofold:
1. I can do a revert on the delivery to get the faulty product back... but the SO keeps indicating that all the product are delivered.
2. I can "send" the new product to the customer in Odoo with a new transfer. But if I do that I have no trace that this transfer is related to my SO to replace the one reverted.
I would like to have this exchange fully linked to the SO to trace this and understand latter what happened.
