We are starting to use the Odoo sign module to consolidate services by canceling DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
One of our biggest issues with using Odoo, Adobe and DocuSign is employees need to download the forms from Odoo Documents or Sharepoint and load them in Adobe/Docusign. This has caused issues when employees accidentally send a contract for signature that has the wrong terms on them.
For some reason I can’t figure out how to pull our template from Odoo Documents to Odoo Sign so we’re still stuck with the same problem of downloading and uploading documents even though everything is contained in Odoo. Is that intentional? Do we need to fix this oversight with code?
