You can also check the odoo official comparison between Odoo Community and Enterprise.
I would suggest you to prefer the Latest version of Odoo V13 Community or enterprise.
because if it is more and more faster comparing to older version of odoo which is released on odoo Experiance 2019.
You will find the lots of other new features and addition functionality which are available over the different Odoo vendors or Odoo partners websites as well.
