Odoo standard Dashboard module allow you to show the whole view of any particular model but it does not give you the flexibility to show only specific data of any model based on the filter.

But there is a Odoo custom module Dashboard Ninja which provides you the option to show any specific data as per your requirement in the Dashboard and you can show that data in multiple views like Charts, Tile, KPIs, etc.
