If you have odoo 15 or 16 , you can buy this theme :
https://apps.odoo.com/apps/themes/16.0/os_theme_butterfly/
I tried it for the version 16, it is really fantastic.
If you want a free module you can use https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/web_responsive/
