My team and i want to develop a backend theme for our business. I am on upwork looking for freelancers but no one can give me a solid quote on time required and total cost. 

Due to licensing issues, we want to create something similar to theme "Extensia" along with adding the features the author laid out:

Adding side bar for app selection 

set up wizard

mobile optimization

calendar, discuss and pos reskin
