Odoo 9 or Odoo 10?

Question

For our decision in buying Odoo Enterprise in the next 2 weeks I´m a little bit confused after reading about Odoo 10.
Is O10 available as stable version? What are the difference between O9 and O10 (beside MRP/PLM/Quality)?
Where is O10 to buy and is the price the same as O9, or is only a update from O9 to O10 the way?

Odoo 10 is not yet released at this point and it will take atleast another 5 months before it is officially announced / released. At this point there is very little communication about what Odoo 10 will contain and what will be added, although MRP will be fully written (and expanded) and there will be full push notification integration.
Odoo 10 at this point is the master version, which is still heavily in development. If you need Odoo anytime soon you should buy Odoo 9.
