I am trying to work out how to close last financial year, create opening balances and transfer current year earnings to retained earnings.
Firstly, I'm not sure Odoo is calculating current year earnings correctly. I followed some P&L configuration here to set it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJ-l-_b22i0
When I run B/S, Odoo now calculates P&L but when I run the Generate Fiscal Year Opening Entries, retained earnings remain the same.
