Hi everyone,

I'm updating from 16 to 17 and the update script has automatically archived all the automated actions that had "On Creation" set as trigger.

I've been testing  "After Creation" with 0 hours as an alternative, but there's a warning that says "Note that this automation rule can be triggered up to 240 minutes after its schedule."

What do you recommend to use as alternative to "On Creation" when we want to run an automated action on the record right after it's created?

Thanks!

Use On save and select "Created on" in When updating?

Selecting "ID" in "When Updating" also works! :D

I've tried this but it is not working for my workflow.

I created an online form to create a help desk ticket.

I also want to notify internal users when the ticket is created.

I created an automated rule to send the email.

I added a domain and conditions to limit the type of tickets that would trigger the email.

The problem I have is that the email is being sent multiple times (15).
